AQUBE® XH9
Cleans PCBAs, hybrids and misprints from flux residues, resin, copper, oxide and soldering support substances

AQUBE® XH9 is a fully automatic high-end ultra-fine cleaning system for PCBAs, hybrids and DCBs as well as single-sided 
misprints with a capacity of up to 900 (14.4 m²/155 ft 2 ) eurocards and a relative cleaning time of approx. five seconds per card per cleaning cycle. 

The configuration with a super large process chamber, three tanks working in parallel and three separate circuits, cleaning 
temperatures of up to 80 °C and drying temperatures of up to 120 °C as well as closed-loop water treatment ensures short 
cycle times and low operating costs, resulting in unprecedentedly low total cost of ownership. 

This makes the AQUBE® XH9 the perfect economic choice for qualified mass cleaning of assembled PCBs/circuit boards. 
The compact, easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain system is Smart Factory ready and pre-equipped for extended water 
management.

  • Processes and service intervals PLC controlled with event issuing and software control via touch screen
