AQUBE® XH7 is a fully automatic high-end ultra-fine cleaning system for assemblies/printed circuit boards/PCBs, hybrids and DCBs as well as single-sided misprints with a capacity of up to 522 (8.4 m²/90.4 ft 2 ) eurocards and a relative cleaning time of approx. seven seconds per card per cleaning cycle.
The configuration with large process chamber, three parallel working tanks and three separate circuits, up to 80 °C cleaning temperature and up to 120 °C drying temperature as well as ClosedLoop water treatment ensures short cycle times and low operating costs, which make the AQUBE® XH7 the economically perfect choice for the qualified cleaning of PCBAs and DCBs.
The compact, easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain system is Smart Factory ready, pre-equipped for extended water management and available with ToZero-Discharge Technology.
