Cleaning of soldering systems and SMT reflow ovens


Condensate residues, oils and greases in (wave) soldering systems and SMD reflow ovens, which can develop gradually despite the built-in condensate management units (separation systems and condensate traps, -filters), lead to reduction of diameters and thus to changes of air circulation parameters. This can interfere with proper reproducibility of the overall process considerably.

Furthermore drill holes, cavities, apertures as well as drives, chains and other areas of such systems contaminate over time to a degree that process security is no longer guaranteed. Such areas therefore must be cleaned manually on a regular basis.
