Inline/online detergent stability monitor

To precisely adjust the concentration of the cleaning bath in conjunction with an automatic re-dosing unit, the kolb inline/online brix monitor automatically measures the refractive index of the cleaning medium and reacts if it is too high or too low concentrated.

If the detergent mixture is too high or too low concentrated, the (optional) automatic re-dosage system will add water respectively cleaner to the cleaning tank (TA) according to the process specifications preset by the customer.
