For maintenance and/or programming and setting tasks – with the agreement of the operator – kolb service engineers can connect to the remote maintenance module via an existing network connection and, by reading out the data, provide the customer with specific support for settings/troubleshooting, etc.

Direct system entries into the system can only be made by the operator.
