Filter system for service life extension of the detergent

Exchangeable filter cartridges with different degrees of fineness filter out loads of the cleaning medium such as e.g. heavy metals that were washed off during the cleaning process.

The fine filter system is integrated directly into the existing pipe installation. Depending on machine type filter cartridges or filter bags in various finenesses can be inserted in the filter bowl.

Based on the pressure drop behind the filter, the PLC evaluates when the filter cartridge needs to be replaced.
