Unit for precise detergent heating up to max. 80 °C

Some detergents develop their optimal cleaning effect only at a certain temperature (read more about cleaning temperatures). When using such media, it is important to ensure their optimum temperature precisely in order to obtain reproducibly perfect cleaning results.

The cleaning temperature of the unit equipped with a contact protection will be preset to a defined value. The PLC control module for the heater enables the activation of the heating element, monitors the temperature and activates the built-in overtemperature protection.

kolb detergents in general are high-performance low-temperature cleaners, which generally reach their optimum efficiency already at room temperature (about 20 °C) or when heated to a maximum of 45 °C.

kolb cleaning systems (except very few exceptions) can work with temperatures up to 80 °C.
