Replenishment unit for detergent additives

The automatic replenishment of the cleaning tank ensures reproducible process reliability of the cleaning detergent and reduces maintenance times since only the raw material containers need to be replaced. If necessary, a corresponding additive can be added to the cleaning medium by means of the additive replenishment.

The unit is designed for the use of different cleaning media or additives. The programming is flexible that the user can switch to another medium on its own. During the subsequent dosing, water, raw material 1 (cleaner), raw material 2 (additive) can be fed to the cleaning tank. Similarly, the re-dosing is able to mix a cleaning concentrate in an adjustable ratio with water from the rinsing tank ready to use.
