PCBA Cleaning (FUNCTION PACKAGE)
For the cleaning of sensitive electronics

The PCBA Cleaning function package qualifies kolb cleaning systems for the thorough removal of flux residues, resins, oxides and soldering materials from printed circuit boards, active and passive electronic components, BGA, flip chip, relays, inductors, etc.

The function package PCBA cleaning includes the heater for the cleaning tank A (TA), an automatic water change unit for cycle-controlled pumping out and automatic refilling of the rinse tank, the function package DI water system with DI / DM water measuring unit with µS conductivity measuring cell as well as an evaluation unit connected to and integrated in the PLC, also a DI bypass treatment unit for conductivity-controlled change of the rinse water, as well as an ion exchanger cartridge and a cartridge deaerator.

The function package is installed as standard in kolb PCBA cleaning systems, but can also be integrated as an option or retrofitted in compatible kolb stencil cleaning systems.
