Filter system for service life extension of the rinsing fluid

Replaceable filter cartridges with different degrees of fineness filter out contaminants such as heavy metals, which are carried in by rinsed-off detergent residues, from the rinsing medium. As a result, the fluid remains operational for much longer.

The fine filter system is integrated directly into the existing pipe installation. Depending on machine type filter cartridges or filter bags in various fineness can be inserted in the filter bowl.

Based on the pressure drop behind the filter, the PLC evaluates when the filter cartridge needs to be replaced.
