Mobile loading aid for Slide-in units

The SpeedLoad cart is a stainless steel set-up cart for the transport of high-speed load inserts within a production area. They offer three main advantages.

1. Faster and easier transport when the load unit baskets cannot be loaded in the immediate vicinity of the cleaning system.

2. The trolley fits exactly to the size of the machine, so that the complete loading unit can be easily and smoothly pushed into the cleaning chamber.

3. If the trolley uses two loading units (if two units are in use, one can already be loaded while the filled one is going through the cleaning cycle of the machine), it is designed in such a way that the cleaned unit can first be pushed out of the machine onto the trolley, whicjh then only needs to be rotated to push the unit with the dirty cleaning goods into the system.
