Electronic monitoring of rotors functioning

As a visual monitoring of the rotors is not possible with closed operating AQUBE^® and PSE systems, the rotor run control option checks the functioning of the rotors electronically, to prevent from rotor damage e.g. because of loading mistakes or slipped products.

Built-in sensors at each half turning of each rotor send a signal to the PLC. A warning, respectively a failure level can be set under the menu item ”process parameter”.

To test the function or to see the actual rpm, the signal recognition is displayed in the menu item ”service“.
