DeSealing filter insert

During a coating carrier machine cleaning process of carriers sealed with kolb CarrierSeal^® or of chemical paint-stripping with kolb RemoCoat^® the applied cleaning system must have a "DeSealing" prefix filter insert option. Since the coating residues do not totally dissolve but separate, it protects the internal fine filter system of the machine from clogging.

The prefix filter unit is available as an option ex factory or can also be easily retrofitted to already operating machines.

Stripped paint residues are collected by the prefix filter unit and can be easily removed after the process e.g. with a wet vacuum cleaner.
