专用于清洗大块冷凝栅

kolb AF75是一款独立舱高级工艺清洗系统,经济且环保,应用AirFlow^®气流浸透式科技与闭式水循环再处理. 本设备特别为清洗大块的冷凝栅栏与过滤器而设计.它几乎可以清洗衣所有产品上凝固的助焊剂,油污,灰尘,油脂(膏).

在全自动的AF75的过滤是被清洗,冲漂与风干于一体舱内处理，载入期间是空的（无清洁溶液进入）。过滤器进入到清洗筐被升起进入到清洁舱并起吊在其中。清洁舱的压力溢动与精微过滤后的清洁液体从PLC-控制过程中分离释放出1000毫升的IBC到容器（槽A）。产品清洁之后，同样地进入到闭式循环单元，滤出冲漂介质e.g水, 作为被抽出的水再进入到处理舱的来自另一个1000L IBC 槽(槽B). 随后的产品被作为加压冲洗和冲漂的介质被抽出, 再由3面HotSpeed热风风干单元处理.

本系统是(在应用系列中)理想地适用于完成构建的清洗中心,被应允配置最新科技高级工艺(e.g无水技术)并可以速递极大吞吐量的产品数量.
