We have just taken another step towards digitalization – and to simplifying the spare parts ordering process for our customers.
Together with our partner Cideon Software & Services we are excited to introduce our new online tool “Sparify”.
By scanning the QR Code on the kolb cleaning system, our customers are guided to the instruction manual and the new Sparify tool.
Using a 3D model of the individual cleaning system the needed spare part can easily be identified and selected.
Once all needed parts have been selected, clicking on the „Request a Quote“ button, will submti the request to the kolb sales team and the customer will receive an individual offer within one working day.
All kolb cleaning systems starting from year of construction 2022 have been uploaded to Sparify. For systems built before that, a request can be submitted.
