Consumption Monitoring
Automatic meters for recording the consumption of DI water, rinse water as well as electricity and compressed air.

The unit consists of a master module and the corresponding (*optional) sensor units for the three consumption measurements mentioned above.

It enables or supports, for example, accurate measurement of the system’s operating costs or provides guidance for optimizing the consumption of electricity, compressed air, and water.

*Depending on the customer's preferences, the three measurement functions can be installed and operated individually, in combination, or all together.
