kolb AF20是一种先进的浸入式工艺清洗系统，采用封闭式水循环，用于后处理。它可以清洗助焊剂控制系统部件(冷却装置、过滤器、热交换器、容器/托盘)和几乎所有的产品，以及被助焊剂、冷凝珠、油、灰尘、油脂污染的机器部件、轧机部件或敏感部件使用经济且环保的AirFlow^®科技.

全自动AF20在装载时(不需用清洁溶液), 清洗,冲漂与风干处理过程在一个独立舱内.在放置产品后,进入到清洁舱通过压力溢动进行精微过滤, 滤过之后的清洁液体由槽A通过PLC-控制器处理分离出来. 产品清洗后如同过滤冲漂介质e.g水,被抽到处理舱,也就是第二个槽. 冲洗的冲漂介质被抽出后由三重HotSpeed热风单元开始风干.
