Auto Water Exchange

Automatic Water Exchange (SINGLE OPTION)
PLC operated exchange unit for the rinsing tank

The automatic water exchange of the rinse tank optimizes the process reliability of the water change and minimizes downtime due to maintenance of the cleaning system. The system pumps down the used rinse water within a short time and fills in fresh water from the on-site water connection.

The automatic water exchange in the cleaning tank (tank B in two-tank / tank C in three-tank systems) ensures that the rinsing water is automatically changed.

The water exchange can be initiated at a command pressure at any time between two
cleaning cycles, or programmed into the PLC for a specific time or cycle number preset.

When using the options "pH measurement rinse tank" and "DI-water system rinse tank" the water change can be programmed to a reach of water quality alarm threshold.

*The used rinse water can be pumped out depending on its contamination and the system configuration …
