Options & Features ▪ PAGE 26 Fine Filter Systems Tank A, Tank B (Option Packages) Replaceable filter cartridges with different filter grades filter out undissolved residues such as coagulated heavy metals, particles and solder balls, that are cleaned off during the cleaning or rinsing process, from the respective circuit. As a result, nozzles and goods to be cleaned are protected from particulate residues, and the cleaning detergent or rinsing medium remains operational for much longer. Detergent Tank Heater (Single Option) Unit for precise detergent heating up to max. 80 °C. For the cleaning with detergents which develop their optimal cleaning effect only at higher temperatures. The cleaning temperature of the unit equipped with a contact protection will be preset to a defined value. The PLC control module for the heater enables the activation of the heating element, monitors the temperature and activates the built-in overtemperature protection. Consumption Monitoring (Single Option) Automatic meters for recording the consumption of DI water, rinse water as well as electricity and compressed air. The unit consists of a master module and the corresponding sensor units*. It enables/ supports, for example, accurate measurement of the system’s operating costs or provides guidance for optimizing the consumption of electricity, compressed air and water. *Depending on the customer's preferences, the three measurement functions can be installed and operated individually, in combination, or all together. Automatic Additive Dosage (Single Option) Replenishment unit for detergent additives. Automatic unit for adding a detergent additive in order to keep the permanent mixing ratio in the cleaning tank more process-reliable and to shorten maintenance times. Automatic Water Exchange (Single Option) Exchange unit for the rinsing tank. The automatized water exchange of the rinse tank optimizes the process reliability of the water change and minimizes downtime due to maintenance of the cleaning system. The system pumps down the used rinse water within a short time and fills in fresh water from the on-site water connection. MediumWipe (Single Option) Designed to prevent detergent carryover and additional consumption and to extend the service life and quality of the rinse water. The MediumWipe process blows pipes, rotors/nozzles and items to be cleaned free from remaining liquid by the compressed air unit installed on the rear of the cleaning system. The blown off liquid is recirculated into the corresponding tank.
