It is ideal for cleaning of complex and value PCBAs, DCBs, HDIs, and lead frames from flux residues, resin, copper oxide and solder-support substances. Various chamber sizes, different rotor configurations and drying technologies always provide the best solution for each application. Developed and manufactured in Germany, the AQUBE® X series operate in a fully automated 5-step process: Cleaning, MediumWipe®, Rinsing (tap water), Rinsing with DI water and VMH® TurboDigital evaporation drying. All systems can be equipped with efficient water recycling and/or disposal modules (see pages 23 and 24). They feature intelligent network connectivity for smart factory environments and are suitable for high-temperature cleaning and rinsing up to 80 °C.
