The rotor run control option checks the functioning of the rotors electronically, to prevent from rotor damage e.g. because of loading mistakes or slipped products. Rotor QuickConnect QuickConnect is a rotor speed clamping system. The horizontal center rotors of a kolb cleaning system can be installed or removed within a few seconds. If goods to be cleaned require more headroom than the normal rotor arrangement allows, the center rotors can be easily removed. The rotors for smaller goods to be cleaned can be installed again just as quickly, which guarantees the optimum flexibility of the cleaning chamber. In the case of systems connected to a tap water supply on site, where the water quality of which does not correspond to the required < 10 °dH or < 350 µS conductivity value, the water quality required for the rinsing process can be produced by the decalcification unit.
