They remove contaminants such as flux residues, oils, dusts and greases from carriers/masks, ESD boxes, PCB magazines, pallets, machine parts and other small parts (e.g. turned and milled parts). The options for the use of operating materials are just as flexible:The optimally adapted cleaning medium can be used as a ready-to-use mixture (RM ReadyMix) or as a concentrate (CN Concentrate). All systems are preconfigured for efficient water recycling and/or disposal modules (see pages 23 and 24). They also feature intelligent network connectivity for smart factory environments and are suitable for high-temperature cleaning and rinsing up to 80 °C. Cleaning tasks in the electronics producing industry can be divided into two segments: product cleaning and solder frame & carrier cleaning. Product cleaning is described as the cleaning of highly sensible components and is an integrated part of the value-added chain. Solder frame and carrier cleaning includes all other cleaning processes that directly affect the value chain.
