MultiEx® 3D series
Ideally applicable for DCB substrates and assembled PCBs
MultiEx® 3D aqueous detergents work in three dimensions: 1. Flux removal, 2. Deoxidation of the metal surfaces, especially with copper and aluminum, 3. Passivation of metal surfaces before renewed rapid oxidation.
MultiEx® 3D detergents are most suitable for the quick and thorough cleaning with best material protection of DCBs, assembled PCBs, ceramic substrates, aluminium, non-ferrous metals. Depending on cleaning task also suitable for stencils and screens.
MultiEx® 3D series is characterized by a nuanced raw material shift between the individual detergent models, offering a broad spectrum of efficacy that cleans all commercially available fluxes and pastes thoroughly and with best material protection.
MultiEx® 3D detergents special and unique priming formulation ensures that - without any detectable surface coating - cleaned and deoxidized metal surfaces do not tarnish again.

Removes copper oxides / CuO, aluminium oxides, SMD paste, fluxes, solder pastes (soldered) from DCBs, PCBAs, ceramic substrates, aluminium, non-ferrous metals.
