kolb AF30是一个先进的单室XL系统，采用AirFlow^®湍流空气浸泡技术和闭环水再处理技术。它可以清洗几乎所有制造商的助焊剂管理系统的部件（冷却装置、过滤器、热交换器、容器/板），以及车床部件、铣削部件或压铸部件中的助焊剂、冷凝液、油、灰尘、油脂，采用经济和环保的AirFlow^®技术。

在全自动AF30中，零件的清洗、冲洗和干燥是在一个单一的工艺室中进行的，在装载过程中该工艺室是空的（不与洗涤剂接触）。在将待清洗的货物放入腔室后，通过PLC控制的过程，从一个单独的罐子（罐子A）中注入精滤的清洗液。在货物被清洗后，同样过滤后的冲洗介质，例如水，从第二个罐中被泵入工艺室。漂洗后，漂洗介质被抽出，并开始使用三重HotSpeed暖风装置进行干燥。

kolb AF30预先配备了扩展水管理的功能。
