The kolb PS04 AR is a one-chamber cleaning system with volume pressure (PowerSpray®) technology, which delivers excellent cleaning results in very short cycle times. The PS04 AR is a true cleaning allrounder and is extremely easy to handle - in daily use only one button has to be operated. Access to all service and maintenance devices is fast and comfortable.

- 4Step PowerSpray unit with magnetic coupled pumping system and filtrated warm air drying (patented technology).
- Fully automatic closed-loop 4Step process; cleaning, MediumWipe®, rinsing and drying with high-volume 3-sprayrotor system.
- Chamber dimensions: B 850 / H 580 / T 750 mm.
- Space saving air-lock door with inspection glass into the illuminated process chamber.
- PLC-controlled process and service intervals.
- 3-stage double fine filter system (10µm) for cleaning as well as for rinsing.
- One-push button operation.
- Water-free process possible: the double tank closed-loop system allows the use of a detergent for rinsing instead of tap water.
- Integrated pump-out unit for the rinse tank.
- Tailor-made product fixtures in the process chamber.
- Made of stainless steel, process relevant sections are made of electrolysis resistant elements.
- Exhaust control with motor driven automatic flap valve.
- Sewage water preparation to fulfill legal requirements.
