The kolb PSB600 is a very compact, high-volume PCB-Cleaner with interated high-end process cycles for ultra-fine cleaning tasks which today are part of the alue adding chain. There are many reasons for the global cleaning of PCB's: Preparing for further working processes like bonding, sealing, varnishing, a perfect optical characteristic or fault recovery / value retention of misprints. kolb PSB600 automatically monitors and controls the designated quality in a 6step process.
kolb PSB600:
- Fully automatic 6step process cycle: Clelaning, rinsing (tab water), DI-rinsing, DI/VE-water cascade processing, DI clear rinsing-2-N, drying with hot air (eaporation drying with legally protected technology).
- One touch operation
- Capacity: App. 3 qm or 104 to 176 Eurocards depending on structure and raster.
- Extremly compact: Floor space required: 80 x 120 cm (Europalet size).
- Water consering and environmentally sound three tank circuitry system: Cleaning-, rinsing- and DI-rinsing tank each with separate solenoid pumps and fine filters.
- 4-stage fine filter system 10 µm (on demand up to 1 µm).
- Rinsing quality gauged and autom. controlled by backflow contaminations residues.
- Loading in variable VA cleaning baskets - ESD-safe with grounding connection for the operator.
- 3 stage spray rotor system when using two VA cleaning baskets.
- Process and service intervals SPS controlled and monitored.
- Process control and entries via color touchscreen with password levels.
- Event memory, SPC data exchange to PC or memory card (option).
- Water exchange for rinsing and DI water integrated (pump lift).
- DI water cascade processing, redosing for 25 l resource container, 5 l additive and heater for cleaning tank as options.
- Made of stainless steel, process sections made of electrolysis resistant elements.
- Installation close to the production possible. No specal protection necessary.
