kolb RBM7 Customised
The kolb cleaning system RBM7 is a special system for Siemens with AirFlow technology, designed to handle mass cleaning of flux filters and condensation traps.
These are inserted into special cleaning racks, which are then easily moved from one chamber to the next with a handling system. The kolb cleaning system RBM7 can operate as a 2-chamber or 3-chamber system optional with a drying chamber as well as skimmer and fine filter system in the cleaning chamber.

The picture shows a kolb PS08 RS Customized with PowerSpray technology, which was custom built for Siemens AG especially for the cleaning of PCB’s and DCB’s.
The machine was delivered as integrated complete solution system, including special detergent development and all maintenance devices, and is a three unit construction:
- Cleaning system
- waste water processing system
- DI-water processing system

The kolb AA200 is a sewage water processor for water introduction into the sewerage system. It can handle 2-3 rinsing water circuits from upstream cleaning systems.
With this sewage water with a too high content of heavy metal can be processed to a quality, which is accepted by the local water authorities for discharging into the public sewage system.

The kolb AA500 is a sewage water processor for water introduction into the sewerage system. It can handle multiple rinsing water circuits from upstream cleaning systems.

kolb DI250 DI/DS water-preparation plant
Fully integrated water processing plant for the supply of process water to one or more cleaning systems.
The use of process water / DI- / DS-water is indispensable for the rinsing loops of cleaning systems used for the cleaning of PCBs / DCBs / Hybrids. Already with a consumption of >100 liters of process water / DI- / DS-water with a conductivity of <5µS such water quality could be - for economical reasons - produced using a reverse-osmosis technology.
