The thorough removal of flux residue, colophony, resin, CU-oxyde and aggressive soldering products and additives are the main task in cleaning of PCBs, assembled circuits, active and passive electronic components, BGA; ,FipChip, Relays, Inductives etc. Cleaning of an electronic circuit is not only a necessary pre-requisite for reliable bonding and coating and consequently climatic safety / leaking current safety, but it also enables avoiding mistakes and thus saving the value of misprints or ensures optical quality of electronic assemblies.
