January 2008: Production space doubled

The beginning of 2008 brought a massive increase of production space for Kolb Cleaning Technology. A new production hall was set up for the production of PVC elements / general construction including a new high precision milling machine.

The expansion was necessary as the turnover had almost doubled particularly due to increasing business in the export markets of the company.

Despite increasing production numbers outsourcing of the production to foreign countries is not on the agenda.

Instead the management relies on maintaining the flexibility in its high quality "Made in Germany" production at the headquarters in Willich.

Likewise in January a bigger store for detergents and consumables was set up to furthermore ensure the quick supply of products to both national and international customers after receipt of orders.
